Shifts: 6:00am-2:30pm / 2:15pm-10:45pm / 10:30pm-7:00am

Compensation:$33.00-$36.00 per hour

Your Role in theOrganization

The primary purpose ofthe job position is to provide direct nursing care to the residents, and tosupervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.Join a company with expertise and enthusiasm for quality of care and life enrichmentfor those who have entrusted us with their care.

Qualifications:

Must have a validunencumbered nursing license. Must have valid CPR/BLS certification or bewilling to obtain during orientation.

Essential Elements ofyour Job

  • Lead and support all functions related to quality for care for our residences.
  • Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants.
  • Participate in facility surveys (inspections) made by authorized government agencies.
  • Complete processes and paperwork related to Admission, transfer and discharge of our residents.
  • Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the Physician's Order Form. Transcribe physician's orders to resident charts, medication records treatment/care plans, as required.
  • Chart nurse's notes in an informative and descriptive manner that reflects the care provided to the resident, as well as the resident's response to the care.
