Physical Therapist – Full-Time

Wisconsin | Up to $55/hour | New Graduates Welcome

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative healthcare team in Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates looking to grow their careers in a supportive clinical environment.

The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapy to help patients improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and clinical findings.
  • Provide therapeutic interventions for patients with physical disabilities, injuries, and functional limitations.
  • Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve established goals.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress reports, monthly summaries, and discharge summaries.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, treatment plans, and injury prevention.
  • Collaborate with physicians, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), Athletic Trainers (ATCs), nursing staff, and other members of the care team.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapy assistants and students as appropriate.
  • Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, program development, and departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain compliance with applicable clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Current Wisconsin Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Wisconsin licensure.
  • Current BLS and/or CPR certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, or ability to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and patient-care skills.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
