Job SummarySEACORP's Training Systems Business Area is currentlyseeking a Systems Engineer in Guam. The Systems Engineer isresponsible for updating and maintaining computer systems and networks withsoftware and security patches and evaluating application impact. The targetsystems include Linux Red Hat/CentOS and Windows systems hosted withinKernel-based Virtual Machine (KVM) environment.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Maintain the network architecture including Cisco Virtual Lans.
  • Automate the processto patch client machines after evaluating and testing the impact of securitypatches.
  • Identify hardware and software faults and develop corrections.
  • Provide work-arounds to problems encountered such that the training exercisemay continue and will perform preventative maintenance to reduce the number offaults encountered.
