As a Windows Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and optimizing the technology infrastructure for a retail-focused organization. This position requires a strong technical background to ensure the seamless operation of Windows systems and related technologies. Client Details This opportunity is with a well-established, mid-sized organization operating in the retail industry. The company is known for its focus on leveraging advanced technology to enhance operational efficiency and deliver exceptional value to its customers. Description Design, deploy, and manage Windows-based systems to support business operations. Monitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliability. Perform regular system updates, patches, and maintenance to ensure security and compliance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and improve existing systems. Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Windows infrastructure. Document system configurations and create user guides as needed. Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery solutions. Continuously research and recommend technology advancements to enhance system performance.
