About the team:

The FIS CardPro LAN team is looking for a highly skilled, experienced, motivated, dedicated, hardworking Systems Administrator at our Romeoville, IL facility at 1165 Arbor Drive to help us to fulfill our mission for 2026 and beyond. We currently have 6 team members in Romeoville and Bolingbrook, IL, San Antonio, TX and at 5 at Mohali, India providing 24/7/365 support for FIS CardPro, and we need a strong administrator to get us to the next level.

What you will be doing:

As a Systems Administrator for CardPro, you will be doing the following:

  • Working onsite at the 1165 Arbor Drive, Romeoville, IL production facility on a daily basis
  • Monitoring, supporting and continuously improving PCI-compliant business solutions in a Windows 11 / Windows Server 2019 - 2022 environment, including after hours on call support on a rotating basis
  • Upgrading and patching Windows 10 / 11 workstation
  • Working with FIS and CardPro change management to schedule and implement system changes
  • Proactively remediating software and hardware vulnerabilities in accordance with FIS security standards
  • Coordinating with FIS network and firewall teams to implement changes and resolve issues

What you bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience supporting a multi-site Windows environment
  • Microsoft MTA certification (networking, security, OS / server fundamentals)
  • At least 3 years' experience supporting a LAN / WAN environment and the ability to work with network and firewall teams to resolve related issues
  • The desire to pursue continued training and certification
  • Perseverance, dedication and the desire to succeed in a challenging environment

Added bonus if you have:

  • Microsoft Windows server / workstation certification
  • CompTia certification
  • Network + or Security + certification
