Job description

This position is eligible for hiring incentives to include sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Summary

Add variety to your practice while meeting the emergency medical needs of Western Minnesota.  Provide Emergency Medicine care through varying shifts, rotating weekends, and holidays in Long Prairie, Melrose, Paynesville, and Sauk Centre, MN. This is a full-time employed position requiring roughly 10-12 shifts a month.

Schedule

Location: CentraCare-Long Prairie
Typical Shift: 12- and 24-hour shifts (12-hour shifts are 8a-8p or 8p-8a)

Location: CentraCare-Melrose
Typical Shift: Mon-Thu 4p-8a, Fri-Sun 8a-8p or 8p-8a

Location: CentraCare-Paynesville
Typical Shift: 12- and 24-hour shifts (12-hour shifts are 8a-8p or 8p-8a)
Location: CentraCare-Sauk Centre
Typical Shift: Mon-Thu a combination of 8a-8p or 8p-8a, or 4p-8a Friday-Sunday 8a-8p, 8p-8a

Pay and Benefits

  • Salary range: $300,000 - $325,000 per year

    • Pay may be determined by factors such as education, experience, skills, knowledge, location, and internal equity

    • Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE, reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate

    • May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses, quality incentives, or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Must be BE/BC and able to obtain a MN License. FM and EM are both eligible.

  • ED Shift required ACLS and a trauma certification such as CALS or ATLS unless otherwise specified.
