About the Role

The Water Park Attendant is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable experience for all guests. This role provides active supervision of the pool slide and water park area, enforces safety guidelines, and supports daily water park operations.

Essential Functions

  • Provide guidance to rules posted for the use of the water slide
  • Ensure that guests are adhering to published rules and are being safe while slide is operating
  • Ensure that slide is in good repair at all times
  • Check chemical levels in pool/spa. Making sure they fall in the required limits according to state law.
  • Keep pool area clean and in good condition. Making sure that towels are stocked.
  • Provide excellent customer service to all guests.
  • Follow all policies and procedures set forth by management, brand guidance, as well as Management Company.
  • Respond to all guest requests in a timely manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Keep work areas, pool room, and back of house clean and organized at all times.
