We are looking for new Aqua Fitness Instructors to join our Forma Gym in San Jose team.

Our team of over 100 associates makes a huge impact on our community through personal training, group exercise, mind-body, cycle, aqua, Pilates, chiropractic, massage and more.

Job Responsibilities and qualifications:
  • Must be a certified instructor with a minimum 1 years of teaching in a gym setting.
  • Must be certified and experience in water fitness classes
  • Must have passion, customer service and communication skills, and an ability to collaborate in a gym setting.
  • CPR and AED Certified
  • Water Safety Certified
