Job Description

The Warehouse Loading Monitor works under minimal supervision at a customer site preparing tractor trailers to receive waste loads and overseeing the proper loading of non-hazardous waste onto tractor trailers. 

  • Monitor the flow of waste being loaded inside tractor trailer.
  • Instruct Driver when to move the tractor trailer to ensure evenly distributed loading of trailer.
  • Complete log entries, recording times, weights, activities, and staff details.
  • Responsible for maintaining clean work area by sweeping and power washing trailer interior and surrounding bay(s) as needed.
  • Place plastic liners inside empty trailers prior to loading of waste.
  • Transport delivered liners to storage area.
  • Follow all health and safety and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) procedures.
  • Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management.

Pay $21.00 hourly

Qualifications

Basic Required Qualifications: 

  • Willingness and ability to work a variable schedule which may include holidays and weekends (scheduled in advance)
  • Willingness and ability to wear company provided personal protection equipment including eye protection, steel toed shoes, hard hat, gloves, etc.
  • Ability to climb stairs repeatedly throughout workday
  • Willing and able to work in all climate conditions
  • Ability to bend, stand, and traverse uneven surfaces

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in environmental disposal
  • Ability to deal politely and professionally with customers and/or coworkers
  • Ability to follow directions or instructions
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on occasion
  • Ability to work independently without immediate supervision
  • Ability to use a computer to communicate, create, and access information
