Job description

First-Shift Lumper – Loading and Unloading

Partners Personnel is hiring dependable Lumpers for a warehouse facility in Keasbey, NJ.

Location: Keasbey, NJ
Shift: First shift, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Pay: $17.07 per hour
Schedule: Must be available to work weekends
Language: English is not required—Spanish-speaking applicants are welcome!

Job Responsibilities

  • Manually load and unload trucks and containers
  • Move, sort, stack, and organize merchandise
  • Place products in the correct warehouse locations
  • Inspect shipments and report damaged products
  • Wrap, label, and prepare merchandise for storage or shipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all warehouse and safety procedures
  • Meet daily productivity and attendance expectations
  • Assist with other general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements

  • Loading and unloading experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to perform repetitive physical work throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull warehouse products
  • Must be available from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Must be available to work weekends
  • Dependable attendance and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
