Temporary Warehouse Associate (Loading & Unloading)
Position Overview
We are seeking reliable, hardworking general laborers for an immediate, temporary work assignment in Katy, TX. This is a fast-paced role focused on the physical loading and unloading of freight. If you are looking for steady, part-time daily work that fits into a half-day schedule, this is a great opportunity to earn extra income.
Job Details & Compensation
  • Position: Warehouse Loading / Unloading
  • Location: Katy, TX 77449
  • Pay Rate: $15.00 / hour
  • Job Type: Temporary / Part-Time
  • Shift: Half-Days (Typical shifts are 4 to 5 hours daily; specific morning or afternoon hours will be confirmed upon hire)
Key Responsibilities
  • Loading & Unloading: Manually load and unload inbound and outbound shipments, including large appliances and heavy, oversized boxes.
  • Freight Handling: Safely move, stack, organize, and stage heavy inventory within the facility.
  • General Labor: Assist with daily project line goals and maintain a clean, safe work area.
  • Safety First: Follow proper lifting techniques and team-lift procedures for heavy items.
Job Requirements
  • Physical Capability: Must be able to comfortably lift, push, pull, and maneuver heavy, oversized items and appliances (50-100+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
  • Dependability: Strong work ethic with a track record of excellent attendance and punctuality for scheduled shifts.
  • Experience: Prior warehouse, loading dock, or heavy moving experience is preferred but not required.
