Play a key role in keeping an autonomous (self-driving) vehicle fleet operating safely, efficiently, and ready for passengers. This is a hands-on role that combines vehicle operations, technical troubleshooting, logistics, and customer service. Your day will begin by preparing vehicles for service through detailed inspections, ensuring they're clean, fully charged, and operating correctly. Throughout the day, you'll also respond to vehicles that need assistance in the field. This may include recovering or repositioning vehicles, remotely operating them when needed, assisting passengers during service disruptions, and coordinating with other teams to return vehicles to service as quickly and safely as possible. You'll interact directly with riders, provide a high level of customer support during recovery events, and serve as an ambassador for the company's autonomous technology. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that's ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working both indoors and outdoors, staying calm under pressure, and combining technical work with customer-facing responsibilities.
