Real Estate Title Pre-Closer (Full Time) – Daphne, AL
Join DSLD Title as a Real Estate Title Pre-Closer and play a key role in preparing transactions for a smooth, accurate closing. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates well with clients and internal teams, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
JOB DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Receive and manage closing files through title commitment issuance.
  • Review contracts, abstracts, and supporting documentation for accuracy and completeness.
  • Enter and maintain file information in company systems while meeting critical deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with clients and team members to support a smooth closing process.
  • Provide cross-functional support and backup coverage as needed.
JOB REQUIREMENTS amp; SKILLS
  • Preferred: at least 1 year of experience in a real estate title, escrow, or closing support role.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
  • Comfort working independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Professional demeanor, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and valid motor vehicle liability insurance required.
