Job description

A Closing Team Member is one who consistently demonstrates our core values, embraces the Chick-fil-A culture and has a servant’s heart. They have a passion for people and serving others, have strong character, take initiative and work with a sense of urgency at all times. They work as a team to close our restaurant and reset it for the next morning.

Full time closers typically work from 2/3PM-10:30/11:30PM.

Position Type:

  • Full-time (Part-time closing positions are available as well on other job postings)

Closing Responsibilities:

  • Participating operationally in day-to-day activities in high-volume, fast-paced Restaurant
  • Offer immediate and respectful response to Guest's needs
  • Be a friendly, encouraging team player
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Reset/restock front counter and/or kitchen for following morning
  • Clean equipment
  • Complete other closing tasks as assigned
