      Description

      Hill City Sports Center is seeking dependable, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our Food & Beverage team. Positions include Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) staff, including cashiers, attendants, and cooks who help deliver a positive dining and concessions experience for athletes, families, and guests.

      This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment within a sports and entertainment setting.

      Essentials Duties and Responsibilities

      Positions Include: Cashiers, Attendants, Cooks (FOH & BOH)

      Front of House (FOH)
      • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

      • Operate POS systems and handle cash/card transactions accurately

      • Take food and beverage orders efficiently

      • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas

      • Restock food, beverages, and supplies as needed

      • Provide excellent customer service during busy events and peak hours

    • Back of House (BOH)


      • Prepare and cook menu items according to food safety and quality standards

      • Assist with food prep, stocking, and kitchen organization

      • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and prep areas

      • Follow all food handling and safety procedures

      • Assist with inventory and supply management

      • Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment

    • Qualifications


      • Positive attitude and strong work ethic

      • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

      • Strong communication and customer service skills

      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

      • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and event schedules

      • Previous food service or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

    • Preferred Qualifications
