The Professional Software Web Developer is responsible for designing, evaluating, and delivering scalable software and integrated technology solutions that support customer operational and business objectives. This role partners cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, and Business stakeholders to develop innovative, secure, and high-performing software solutions aligned with enterprise standards and customer requirements.
The ideal candidate will lead technical solution development efforts, oversee proposal and estimation activities, and ensure successful delivery transitions from design through implementation and operational support. This role requires strong technical leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and development of medium to large-scale software solutions integrating enterprise applications, cloud services, APIs, and automation technologies.
* Analyze business and technical requirements to architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions that align with customer and organizational goals.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Engineering teams, UX, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations to deliver end-to-end software solutions.
* Drive technical estimation, resource planning, and solution costing activities for new initiatives, enhancements, and customer engagements.
* Develop and maintain technical documentation, architectural diagrams, implementation plans, and proposal artifacts.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams while promoting engineering best practices and coding standards.
* Support proposal development efforts by validating technical feasibility, implementation approaches, and delivery timelines.
* Lead stakeholder reviews and facilitate discussions regarding technical strategy, project risks, scalability, and operational readiness.
* Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align business requirements, technical dependencies, and delivery expectations.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of software development processes, tooling, templates, and engineering standards.
* Manage multiple projects and competing priorities while ensuring quality delivery within established timelines.
* Conduct knowledge transfer sessions, technical workshops, and training related to software architecture, development standards, and solution delivery practices.
* Support transition activities from development to production operations, ensuring successful deployment and long-term maintainability.
* Maintain flexibility to support remote collaboration and evolving business priorities as needed.
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in software development, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
* Strong experience designing enterprise-grade applications and distributed systems.
* Proficiency with modern programming languages, APIs, cloud platforms, and software integration patterns.
* Experience leading cross-functional technical initiatives and mentoring engineering teams.
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, SDLC processes, and DevOps practices.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with technical estimation, solution planning, and delivery forecasting.
* Experience with Test Driven development.
* Experience with Ruby, React, Typescript, SQL Server, Cosmos, and C# languages.
* Hosting and configuring Azure resources.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with warehouse automation, supply chain systems, or enterprise logistics platforms.
