Penske Automotive Group is looking for a creative and social media-savvy Social Media Coordinator to join our team and help elevate our digital presence through engaging content and storytelling.

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will create and manage content across multiple social media platforms while helping strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and dealership visibility.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Passion for social media, content creation, and digital storytelling
  • Experience creating content for social platforms
  • Proficiency with video editing, photo editing, and content creation tools
  • Understanding of social media trends, analytics, and audience engagement strategies
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of copyrighting and adhering to PAG social/video policies.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Experience in automotive, retail, or consumer-facing brands is a plus

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms
  • Capture and produce photo, video, and short-form content that highlights dealership inventory, employees, events, and customer experiences
  • Assist with video editing, photography, and content creation initiatives
  • Attend dealership events and community activities to capture social media content (occasional evenings and weekends may be required)
  • Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities to increase engagement and brand awareness
  • Track and report on social media performance metrics, content effectiveness, and audience growth
  • Engage with online communities and help maintain a positive brand reputation across social channel
  • Ensure all content aligns with company branding, compliance requirements, and social media best practices
