Job description

Pinnacle Site Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced Small Engine Mechanic to maintain and
repair the tools and small equipment used by our construction crews. We are looking for
someone dependable, organized, and capable of diagnosing problems and completing repairs
efficiently.

Pay: $25–$28 per hour, based on experience

Responsibilities
Diagnose, service, and repair gas- and diesel-powered small equipment
Maintain pumps, generators, pressure washers, compactors, concrete saws, cutoff
saws, chainsaws, and similar construction equipment
Perform routine preventive maintenance and inspections
Troubleshoot fuel, ignition, electrical, and mechanical issues
Replace damaged or worn components
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
Track parts and communicate equipment needs to management
Keep the shop, tools, and parts areas clean and organized
Follow all company and OSHA safety requirements
Qualifications
Previous small-engine repair experience required
Strong knowledge of two-stroke and four-stroke engines
Experience with construction equipment and tools preferred
Basic electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read service manuals and parts diagrams
Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs
Must provide basic hand tools
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Must pass required background screening and drug testing
