Job description

Our client ridesahare services are looking for Personal Shuttle Drivers to join our professional team. Ideally, you'll have some prior experience in a transportation network environment and be able to demonstrate initiative and be someone who has the reputation for delivering great service and being fun to work with.

Personal Shuttle Drivers provide transportation to our guests to approved destinations; which often include local work, special events, grocery stores, and local transportation hubs such as airports, train depots, and bus stations. We also rely on our Shuttle Drivers to deliver an exceptional guest experience in the same manner on other transportation networks.

Essential Job Functions

  1. Provide shuttle transportation to our guests & external rideshare applications to approved destinations
  2. Assist guests with entry and exit to the vehicle as needed
  3. Load, unload, and assist guests with luggage as necessary
  4. Exercise safe driving habits and observe all traffic laws while operating the company vehicle


General Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must meet the minimum age requirement 25 to operate the company vehicle
  • Must have the legal authority and hold the required state licensing to operate the company vehicle
  • May be required to pass a drug test
  • Must have and maintain a clean driving record
  • Warm, friendly, and outgoing personality that can relate to people from a wide variety of backgrounds
  • Be well versed in the local area, this means knowing where to go, what to see, and be in the know of everything that the local areas has to offer
  • Communications skills are utilized a significant amount of time while interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with guests, employees, and vendors.
  • Problem solving and basic reasoning skills are required.
  • Must have mental alertness and be able to comprehend verbal and written directions.
  • Ability to remain calm and take safe and appropriate behind the wheel actions when encountering hazardous situations on the road or with other traffic.


Work Environment & Other

This is a shift work position at a part-time schedule; typical shifts are 6:00 AM - 1:00 PM, or 7:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Job is performed primarily outdoors in the company vehicle

Move and position guest luggage and other items weighing up to 50 lbs.
