Responsibilities and RequirementsWhat You'll Do - Safely operate shuttle buses and other assigned company vehicles in full compliance with CDL regulations and company policies
- Transport passengers to designated locations while staying on schedule and following assigned routes
- Complete and document pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any vehicle issues immediately
- Follow all traffic laws, site rules, and safety procedures while practicing defensive driving at all times
- Provide professional and respectful communication with passengers, dispatch, and site teams
- Accurately complete required logs and documentation in a timely manner
- Support additional operational needs as assigned by leadership
What You Bring - Valid CDL Class A or B with Passenger endorsement required
- Clean driving record and ability to meet company safety standards
- Dependability with the ability to work long shifts and adapt to weather conditions
- Comfort sitting for extended periods and getting in and out of the vehicle throughout the shift
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Ability to stay on schedule and manage time effectively in a structured environment
