Job description


CIYIS is seeking an experienced SharePoint Online & Power Platform Subject Matter Expert to support enterprise collaboration, workflow automation, information management, reporting, and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on Microsoft 365 professional with deep experience administering and developing SharePoint Online environments while leveraging Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Teams, and related Microsoft technologies to improve business processes and user productivity.

This role combines technical administration, solution development, end-user support, training, documentation, and continuous improvement responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and maintain SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, permissions, and governance controls.
  • Design, develop, and support Power Apps solutions to automate business processes.
  • Build and maintain Power Automate workflows and process automation solutions.
  • Develop and support Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
  • Provide technical support for SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration tools.
  • Gather business requirements and design solutions that improve information sharing and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve user issues related to Microsoft collaboration platforms.
  • Deliver end-user training and coaching on Microsoft 365 technologies and best practices.
  • Create user guides, training materials, SOPs, and technical documentation.
  • Support information management, records management, and collaboration initiatives.
  • Participate in process improvement efforts and recommend technology enhancements.
  • Monitor solution performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to improve adoption and utilization of Microsoft 365 technologies.
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with SharePoint Online administration and development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including:
    • Power Apps
    • Power Automate
    • Power BI
  • Minimum 1 year of end-user training, coaching, or instructional experience.
  • Experience administering Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
  • Experience with workflow automation, permissions management, governance, and information architecture.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and interact directly with business stakeholders.
  • Experience documenting technical solutions and user processes.
Preferred Certifications

Candidates possessing one or more of the following are highly desired:

  • MS-900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
  • MS-700: Teams Administrator Associate
  • PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate
  • PL-900: Power Platform Fundamentals
  • PL-400: Power Platform Developer Associate
  • MS-721: Collaboration Communications Systems Engineer Associate
  • PL-600: Power Platform Solution Architect (or equivalent training/completion evidence)
