Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. You will support tenants, guests, and staff with outstanding customer service and communication while bringing agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Pay Rate: $19.00 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify maintenance, access control, and/or security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, verify authorized access when required, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior according to post instructions.
• Support property operations by assisting with visitor directions, observing vendor and delivery activity, and maintaining detailed activity logs, incident reports, and other required site documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
