Emplify Health by Gundersen has an opening in the Operating Room. As a Level 2 Trauma Center, the Surgery Department is a fast-paced unit with 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms and 2 labor and delivery suites with cutting-edge surgical equipment. We provide a wide range of surgical procedures, including robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgeries to populations ranging from neonates to adults. The multidisciplinary team includes RNs, surgeons, anesthesia staff, and surgical technologists. As a nurse, you will play a direct role in providing LOVE + MEDICINE for a broad range of patients in the Operating Room. Registered Nurses in the OR circulate and may scrub for surgeries while caring for patient's one-on-one being their advocate and anticipating their needs during the surgery.

What You Will Do:

  • Fulltime Weekend Only Position: 72 hours every two weeks (Employees will receive a WEO premium equal to.3333 times base pay for the actual hours worked during these Friday, Saturday and Sunday shifts.)
  • 12-hour night shifts - Friday, Saturday and Sunday 6:15 pm – 6:45 am
  • No call or off shift requirements
  • Holiday rotation
