Location: State College, Pennsylvania
Pay Rate: $50.00–$52.00/hr
Contract: 13 Weeks
Schedule: 12-hour day shifts, 6:45 AM–7:15 PM, every other weekend
Total Working Hours: 36 hours/week
Experience: Minimum 2 Years Required

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Med/Surg Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in State College, PA. This role provides professional nursing care using the nursing process, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, evaluation, and collaboration with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients

  • Assess patient needs and collect relevant health data

  • Develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Monitor patient condition and evaluate response to treatment

  • Administer medications and nursing interventions as ordered

  • Communicate professionally with patients, families, and care team members

  • Document patient care accurately using EPIC

  • Support patient safety, quality care, and continuity of care

Requirements
