A community-focused healthcare facility in Show Low, AZ is seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to join their surgical services team. This role is ideal for an RN with circulating experience who is comfortable supporting multiple case types in a fast-paced OR setting

Position Overview

• Permanent, full-time position
• Circulate-only role
• Work across multiple surgical specialties
• 4 operating rooms
• 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio in the OR

Compensation & Incentives

• Pay range: $31.00 – $48.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Circulate during surgical procedures across multiple specialties
• Prepare operating rooms and ensure all necessary equipment is available
• Maintain sterile environment and ensure adherence to surgical protocols
• Monitor patient status throughout procedures
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and surgical staff
• Ensure accurate documentation and patient safety compliance

Requirements

Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1 year of OR nursing experience (Required)
• Experience circulating in General, Orthopedic, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT cases
• Strong understanding of surgical procedures and sterile technique
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Licensure & Certifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS Certification (Required)
• ACLS and PALS certifications (Preferred)

Unit & Facility Details

• 4 operating rooms
• 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio
• Variety of surgical cases including General, Ortho, Neuro, OB-GYN, and ENT

Schedule

• Full-time
• Start date: ASAP
• Orientation offered weekly (Mondays)
• Shift details to be discussed during interview
• Weekend and call requirements vary (discussed during interview)
