• Adults & Geriatrics
• Diagnoses include: Diabetes, HTN, CAD, CVA, TIA, Seizures, CRD

👥 Interdisciplinary Support

Physical Therapy • Respiratory • Phlebotomy • Pharmacy • Social Services • Rapid Response Team • Unit Secretary

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry environment
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
• Manage IVs, central lines, PICC lines
• Administer medications and cardiac drips (non-titrated)
• Deliver respiratory care (HFNC, trach, O2 therapy)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

🧪 Skills & Experience

• Telemetry monitoring & dysrhythmia interpretation
• IV therapy & blood administration
• Wound care, chest tubes
• Cardiac & renal patient care
• Pre/Post cardiac procedures

✅ Requirements

Must-Have:

• 2+ years MS/Tele RN experience
• Active SC or Compact RN License (in hand before start)
• BLS & ACLS from AHA (Required)
• Strong telemetry competency

Preferred:

• NIHSS
• Charge experience
• Community hospital experience

📅 Scheduling & Policies

• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Floating: Yes, within scope
• Call: None
• Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel 1 shift per 2 weeks
• RTO: Must be included at submission
