- Diagnoses include: Diabetes, HTN, CAD, CVA, TIA, Seizures, CRD
👥 Interdisciplinary Support
Physical Therapy • Respiratory • Phlebotomy • Pharmacy • Social Services • Rapid Response Team • Unit Secretary
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care in a Med-Surg/Telemetry environment
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms
- Manage IVs, central lines, PICC lines
- Administer medications and cardiac drips (non-titrated)
- Deliver respiratory care (HFNC, trach, O2 therapy)
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
🧪 Skills & Experience
- Telemetry monitoring & dysrhythmia interpretation
- IV therapy & blood administration
- Wound care, chest tubes
- Cardiac & renal patient care
- Pre/Post cardiac procedures
✅ Requirements
Must-Have:
- 2+ years MS/Tele RN experience
- Active SC or Compact RN License (in hand before start)
- BLS & ACLS from AHA (Required)
- Strong telemetry competency
Preferred:
- NIHSS
- Charge experience
- Community hospital experience
📅 Scheduling & Policies
- Weekend: Every other weekend
- Floating: Yes, within scope
- Call: None
- Guaranteed Hours: Facility may cancel 1 shift per 2 weeks
- RTO: Must be included at submission
