Radius Rule: 50 miles AND candidates may not be full time, part time, or PRN with any facility associated with CommonSpirit, including CHI and/or Dignity.
**Driver's license required at submittal and will be used to determine if candidate is outside 50 miles.**
**Fingernail policy: Artificial nails are prohibited in all departments providing patient care- refusal to remove nails will lead to termination of contract

*Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS - PALS & TNCC preferred*

- Common titratable &/or set rate drips- vasopressors, sedation ( levo, neo, cardene, precedex, propofol, etc)

- Hospitalist &/or Intensivist in house 24/7? In the ICU 24/7?- Hospitalist 24/7 in house, intensivists in house during day hours and available tele medicine during night

- RT Equipment (Vents, Cpap, BiPap, High Flow, etc.) Are RNs required to do anything with these besides trouble shoot?- RT does all adjusting
- Are there Tele/Monitor Techs on this unit?- centralized tele monitor techs not located in house
- Are RNs required to read their own strips?- Monitor tech will read but nurse but be able to read and verify
- What brand are the tele monitors?- draegers
- Shifts & Scheduling - 1830-0700. every third weekend
- Do you allow self-scheduling? Block scheduling? no self-scheduling. cannot gaurentee block scheduling. A traveler is needed for high need shift.
- Weekend Requirements- every third weekend
- Holiday Requirements- 4 th of july
- Is there a call or standby requirement? no
- Floating Requirements- will float to PCU (progressive Care) if not needed in icu
- Scrub Color/Dress Code- navy blue scrubs
