We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver high-quality care to residents in our skilled nursing facility in West Frankfort, Illinois. Responsibilities:

  • Provide total care for residents on assigned unit during scheduled shift as a Registered Nurse (RN)

  • Collaborate with allied health team members to develop and implement individualized care plans

  • Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with policy and evaluate effectiveness

  • Maintain an environment that supports residents' physical, emotional, and social well-being

  • Educate residents and families about care plans, treatments, and procedures
