Position Title: RN Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time (Evening Shift)

Overview: We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our dynamic nursing team. As an RN Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of patient care, and providing leadership to our nursing staff. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both patient outcomes and the professional development of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on assigned shift.
  • Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular rounds to assess patient care and nursing performance.
  • Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to nursing staff.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
  • Serve as a resource for nursing staff and address any clinical or patient care concerns.

Requirements:

  • Active Florida RN License
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
  • CPI Certification required
  • ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English) Preferred 
  • Proven experience as an RN Supervisor or in a similar supervisory role preferred.
