Are you an experienced Registered Nurse ready to take the next step into nursing leadership? We're seeking a Nurse Supervisor to help lead an exceptional inpatient rehabilitation team dedicated to delivering outstanding patient care while supporting the professional growth of fellow nurses.

This opportunity offers the chance to combine hands-on patient care with leadership responsibilities in a collaborative environment focused on clinical excellence and patient recovery.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise nursing staff during assigned shifts
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and real-time support to nursing team members
  • Assist with staffing, workflow coordination, and patient care oversight
  • Partner with nursing leadership to implement policies and clinical initiatives
  • Monitor patient outcomes and ensure high standards of care
  • Participate in performance management, staff development, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Step into direct patient care as needed

Qualifications
  • Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum of 2 years of recent inpatient hospital RN experience within the past 5 years
  • Previous leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Lead RN, Assistant Nurse Manager, or similar leadership role
  • Current BLS certification
  • ACLS certification required within one year of hire
  • CRRN certification required within eligibility guidelines
  • BSN preferred
