What You'll Do

As a Registered Nurse, you'll provide high-quality, resident-centered nursing care while serving as an important clinical leader within our interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assess residents and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.

  • Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapy in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.

  • Monitor resident conditions, identify changes, and respond promptly with appropriate nursing interventions.

  • Perform skilled nursing procedures including wound care, catheter care, and other specialized treatments.

  • Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).

  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, social services, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive resident care.

  • Educate residents and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing healthcare needs.

  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.

  • Promote a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents, families, and staff.

  • Participate in admissions, transfers, discharges, and care conferences as needed.

Qualifications
  • Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina.

  • Current CPR certification.

  • Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or acute care is preferred but not required.

  • Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and critical thinking skills.

  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

  • Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment.
