Position Type: Full-Time | Weekend Coverage

Willow Valley Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, part of the Alliance Health Group family of skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN/LPN Supervisor to join our clinical team for weekend coverage.

This is an excellent opportunity for a nursing professional who enjoys leadership, team development, and providing high-quality, resident-centered care in a skilled nursing environment.

About the Role

As a Weekend RN/LPN Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and support to the nursing team during weekend shifts. You will help ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care while supporting nursing staff and addressing clinical and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership to nursing staff during weekend shifts

  • Monitor resident conditions and ensure appropriate care is provided

  • Assess residents and communicate changes in condition to physicians, providers, and clinical leadership

  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with orders, policies, and nursing standards

  • Review and ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation

  • Support the implementation and evaluation of individualized resident care plans

  • Assist nursing staff with clinical questions, concerns, and resident care needs

  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members

  • Assist with staffing and scheduling needs as necessary

  • Support the onboarding, training, and development of nursing staff

  • Participate in on-call responsibilities and provide after-hours support as assigned

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

What We’re Looking For
  • Current, unrestricted RN or LPN license in the state of North Carolina

  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
