Position Summary The RN Supervisor provides leadership, oversight, and coordination of nursing services during assigned shifts. This role ensures high-quality resident care while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, facility policies, and professional nursing standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.

Coordinate and oversee daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care. Monitor clinical practices and compliance with regulatory standards. Assist with care planning, assessments, and resident health management.

Serve as a resource and mentor for nursing team members. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to promote positive resident outcomes. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting as required.

Qualifications Required Graduate of an accredited Nursing program. Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills.

Ability to effectively lead teams and work collaboratively with staff, residents, families, and healthcare professionals. Strong clinical judgment and communication skills. Preferred Previous RN Supervisor experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or veteran care setting.
