Weekend Supervisor (RN) 

Redmont Health and Rehabilitation Center – Birmingham, AL

Part Time 7:00AM- 7:00PM | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care

Remont Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Weekend Nurse Supervisor (RN) to join our weekend nursing team in Birmingham, Alabama. This position is ideal for nurses who want a consistent schedule, competitive pay, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in just two days.


Job Requirements

  • Must hold a valid RN license in the state of Alabama
  • Must be reliable and available to work scheduled shifts per weekend
  • Experience in long-term care or rehab setting preferred, but not required
  • Commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care

Job Responsibilities

  • Supervise and support nursing staff to ensure quality resident care
  • Monitor resident conditions, review care plans, and ensure accurate documentation
  • Ensure infection control, medication administration and safety procedures are followed
  • Participate in audits and inspections as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, incident reports, and quality assurance documentation
  • Serve as a point of contact for residents and families regarding care concerns
