Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team on a PRN basis. This position is ideal for an RN looking for a flexible schedule while making a meaningful impact in the lives of residents.
Schedule:
  • Every Other Weekend
  • 3p-11p and 11p-7a Shifts
  • 8-Hour Shifts
  • PRN
As a PRN Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide exceptional nursing care to residents in our skilled nursing and long-term care community while collaborating with an experienced interdisciplinary team dedicated to delivering outstanding, resident-centered care.
Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities
  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
  • Assess, monitor, and document changes in resident conditions.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
  • Develop and implement individualized resident care plans.
  • Collaborate with physicians, therapists, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate quality resident care.
  • Maintain accurate electronic nursing documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Respond promptly to changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns appropriately.
  • Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
  • Promote resident safety, infection prevention, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing is preferred but not required.
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and critical thinking skills.
