Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor
Schedule: Every Saturday and Sunday, 6:45 AM – 11:15 AM
Rotation: Every 6th Weekend Off
Employment Type: Part-Time Weekend Position

Rose View Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and support during weekend morning shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN looking for a consistent weekend schedule while maintaining work-life balance with every 6th weekend off.

As an RN Supervisor, you will oversee nursing operations, support clinical staff, ensure quality resident care, and help maintain compliance with all regulatory standards.

Weekend RN Supervisor Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.

  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care.

  • Monitor resident conditions and address clinical concerns promptly.

  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, residents, and families.

  • Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations.
