AdviniaCare Newburyport is seeking an exceptional Nurse Supervisor to join our dedicated team! As a Nurse Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our 111-bed facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents. Your leadership skills, clinical expertise, and passion for providing compassionate care will make a significant impact on our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily nursing operations, including staffing, scheduling, and patient care assignments
• Develop and implement effective care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Ensure adherence to facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular rounds, observing patient care and providing guidance and feedback to staff
• Participate in on-call rotation to support the facility's 24/7 operations
• Collaborate with the management team to identify and resolve concerns, and implement process improvements

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) preferred
• 3-5 years of experience, with a strong desire to lead and learn.

• Currently holds an active RN or LPN license in the state of MA, that is also in good standings.
