Weekend Rn Nursing information

Do weekend nurses get paid more?

Weekend RNs often receive higher pay rates, known as weekend or shift differentials, to compensate for working outside regular weekday hours. These premiums can vary by employer and location but are common in healthcare to attract staff for weekend shifts. Nurses working weekends may also benefit from increased scheduling flexibility and additional compensation for weekend work.
