Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor

Location: Ganado, Arizona
Job Type: Contract (13 Weeks)
Pay Rate: $65.00 - $71.00/Hour (Based on Experience)
Shift: Nights
Schedule: Monday-Wednesday or Thursday Nights | Alternating 36/48 Hours Weekly

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) - House Supervisor to provide leadership, clinical oversight, staffing coordination, and administrative support during night shifts. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, sound clinical judgment, and the ability to support hospital operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Required Qualifications

Active RN License

Current BLS Certification

Current ACLS Certification

Current PALS Certification

Knowledge of Joint Commission Standards

Previous House Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience preferred

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities

Excellent communication and team coordination skills

Responsibilities

Supervise nursing operations during assigned shifts

Serve as the clinical resource and administrative leader for the facility

Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and facility standards

Assist with staffing coordination and patient flow management

Support nursing staff and departmental operations

Respond to emergencies and operational issues as needed

Promote patient safety and quality care initiatives

Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
