Why is Gen Z struggling to get jobs?

To thrive as a Weekend Retail Associate, you need basic math skills, product knowledge, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems, inventory management tools, and store-specific software is typically required.
