WHAT YOU WILL DO AS OUR WEEKEND RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR:
You'll be joining us full-time from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, with overtime available. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be required.
You'll be our fearless sales floor leader, inspiring your team to smash their targets and deliver the best customer experience possible! We're looking for a hands-on manager who can coach staff and direct the daily activities while jumping in where needed to keep the day-to-day running smoothly. You'll ensure our daily operations go off without a hitch and help your team members excel within their individual roles!
Overseeing the retail staff and range safety officers, you'll handle leadership duties like creating schedules, onboarding new members, evaluating performance, and disciplining staff if necessary. You'll provide staff with one-on-one leadership and sales guidance to make sure every person does the best they can for customers. Armed with an upbeat attitude, you'll help the customers choose products and provide them with firearm education to help them stay safe. If any problems come up (customer complaints, staffing shortages, operational challenges, etc.), you'll quickly take action to fix the issue and make everything right.
WEEKEND RETAIL SALES SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work weekends
- Confident leadership skills
- Strong aptitude for sales, coaching team members, and maintaining accountability within a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional conflict resolution abilities and sound problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with or ability to learn Microsoft 365 programs and retail operational systems
