Healthcare Customer Service Representative (Remote) โ€” Contract A-Line Staffing is hiring a Healthcare Customer Service Representative for a fully remote contract opportunity. Role Snapshot Schedule: Mondayโ€“Friday, 8:00 AM โ€“ 5:00 PM Pay Rate: $17.50/hr Type: Contract (Temporary) Location: Fully Remote (must work from a private, quiet space with reliable high-speed internet) Openings: 1 What Youโ€™ll Do Provide timely, accurate updates to customers regarding order status and product information requests, following established policies/procedures. Process customer returns according to department guidelines.

Partner with Medical Billing to help resolve disputed billing charges. Escalate service failures and customer concerns to Customer Service leadership with clear, timely feedback. Collaborate with Sales Representatives to meet/exceed customer service expectations.

Communicate with customers via omnichannel methods including web chat and email . Maintain detailed, accurate notes in customer accounts to ensure proper and timely follow-up. Support additional tasks/projects as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications 1+ year of experience in the medical industry or call center/customer service . High School Diploma/GED Comfortable interpreting written procedures/publications and writing professional business correspondence. Intermediate math skills (discounts, percentages, proportions, etc.).

Strong problem-solving and ability to follow written/oral instructions. Computer proficiency (e.g., Word, Excel, Access and/or database tools). Experience with or ability to learn call center telecom/dialer systems .
