Schedule: Flexible scheduling: Monday-Friday business hours (custom shifts available, e.g., 4-day week or early morning).
Specialty: Musculoskeletal Radiology

Position Overview:

A leading radiology group is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Musculoskeletal (MSK) Radiologist to join their expanding team in Naples, FL. This opportunity offers an ideal balance of subspecialty-focused MSK work, flexibility, and lifestyle - with options for onsite, remote, or hybrid schedules.

The ideal candidate is a motivated and detail-oriented radiologist who values diagnostic excellence, efficiency, and collaboration. Both experienced radiologists and new fellowship graduates are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and report MSK MRI, CT, ultrasound, and X-ray studies.

  • Perform or supervise MSK procedures such as arthrograms and joint injections (if applicable).

  • Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and other referring providers for consultations and case discussions.

  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, peer review, and quality assurance activities.

  • Maintain high standards for accuracy, turnaround time, and patient-centered care.

  • Optional opportunity to read general diagnostic cases as needed.

Qualifications:
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited institution.

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or equivalent).

  • Fellowship training in Musculoskeletal Radiology preferred.

  • Eligible for Florida medical licensure (additional state licenses encouraged; credentialing support provided).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience with high-volume MRI interpretation is a plus.

Work Schedule & Structure:
  • Flexible scheduling: Monday-Friday business hours (custom shifts available, e.g., 4-day week or early morning).

  • Full-time radiologists typically work 13 weekends annually, with flexible options for outpatient or hospital-based coverage.

  • Opportunities for both onsite and teleradiology work across outpatient imaging centers, hospital contracts, and national clients.

Compensation & Benefits:
  • Productivity-based bonuses and RVU incentives.

  • $25,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 relocation allowance.

  • Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Long-term and short-term disability, malpractice coverage, and CME allowance.

  • $15,000 annual retirement contribution by employer.

  • Paid time off and flexible scheduling options.

Why Join
  • Work with a nationally recognized radiology group known for clinical excellence and innovative workflow.

  • Access to cutting-edge MRI and imaging technology.

  • Supportive credentialing and licensing team to expand multi-state practice.

  • Collaborative, collegial culture emphasizing quality and work-life balance.

  • Live and work in Naples, FL, a top-ranked coastal city offering a relaxed lifestyle, excellent schools, and year-round sunshine.
