Job description

Job Summary:
Alpha Business Solutions is seeking an OHIP Project Coordinator to join their Global Property Management team. The role involves coordinating the global transition of hotels to OHIP and assisting with system integrations with Opera Cloud, ensuring effective communication and successful migrations.
Responsibilities:
• Coordinate vendor readiness activities, implementation checklists, and processes to guide hotels through pre-, mid-, and post-implementation phases.
• Partner with the Project Manager to support communications, status updates, touch-base calls, and migration strategies.
• Track project tasks, milestones, deliverables, and timelines throughout all project phases.
• Collaborate with and organize activities between internal teams, external vendors, and hotel stakeholders.
• Support change management initiatives and assist stakeholders through system transitions.
• Develop, maintain, and deliver implementation processes, documentation, and checklists.
• Support communications related to OHIP migration readiness and project updates.
• Monitor vendor responses, requirements, and project timelines.
• Route vendor questions and issues to the appropriate technical teams for resolution.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure accurate reporting of implementation progress.
• Demonstrate flexibility in working hours to support a global project environment across multiple time zones.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
