Job description

Project Coordinator (Multiple Openings)
Location: Remote, Ohio, 44060 (Open to candidates in AL, GA, FL, IL, HI, OH, MI, MS, NC, PA, SC, TX)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Assignment Length: 3-6 months

In this role, you'll partner with cross-functional teams, manage project data, and help ensure smooth execution from start to finish. If you thrive in a structured yet dynamic setting, we'd love to connect with you!
What You'll Do

  • Coordinate and support project activities from start to finish
  • Maintain and update project tracking systems and documentation
  • Communicate with internal teams and partners to keep timelines on track
  • Ensure accuracy in data entry, reporting, and project updates
  • Assist with problem-solving and process improvements
Must Haves
  • 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and project tracking
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Nice to Have
  • Experience in construction, signage, or operations environments
  • Familiarity with project tracking or project management systems
  • Experience working with subcontractors or purchase orders
