The clients you will work with are primarily stable adults who have been carefully screened, ensuring that you focus on individuals seeking guidance for manageable emotional challenges. This targeted approach allows counselors to effectively utilize their skills for clients with low acuity needs, enabling productive therapeutic relationships that foster change and growth.

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
• Licensing: Candidates must hold a full, independent license as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Note: We do not accept provisional licenses or candidates with disciplinary actions.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in digital communication tools and telehealth platforms is essential given the remote work environment.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong evaluative and treatment planning skills. Experience in teletherapy and familiarity with client management systems will be advantageous to the role.
