• A current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A minimum of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients in a virtual setting.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster trusting relationships with clients remotely.

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly regarded, particularly familiarity with telehealth platforms and remote therapy methodologies.
• Experience in working with diverse populations, including individuals facing socioeconomic and cultural challenges.
• Proficiency in conducting assessments and implementing evidence-based treatment strategies.

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000, based on experience and the volume of clients served.
