Role Description

The Entry-Level Inside Sales Support Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in San Clemente, CA. This role supports the sales team by preparing quotes, processing orders, and maintaining accurate customer records. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, coordinating with manufacturers and internal teams, and ensuring timely follow-up to support sales opportunities. The specialist will assist with tracking shipments, helping resolve basic service questions, and contributing to customer satisfaction through clear, professional communication. This position offers exposure to B2B commercial electronics sales operations and opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative environment.


Qualifications
