• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs.
• Create personalized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific circumstances and therapeutic goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy services utilizing secure virtual platforms, ensuring clients can access care regardless of geographic barriers.
• Engage with clients to collaboratively set therapeutic goals and offer ongoing support, adapting treatment approaches as needed.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, client interactions, and progress notes in compliance with organizational standards.
• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings to enhance professional development and share insights.

The client base at WeCare TLC Counseling Center is diverse, comprising individuals facing varying levels of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Must possess a current and valid license as either a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual setting.
• Exhibit empathy, compassion, and sensitivity toward the issues faced by clients.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively oversee client schedules, therapy sessions, and documentation remotely.

• Experience in delivering virtual therapy sessions is highly regarded.
• Background in working with diverse populations and familiarity with trauma-informed therapeutic approaches.
• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems for documentation and client management is a plus.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying current with best practices in the mental health field.

• Competitive yearly salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
