• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the individual mental health needs of clients, utilizing various assessment tools and diagnostic frameworks.
• Develop tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that reflect clients' unique circumstances, backgrounds, and preferences, ensuring holistic and comprehensive care.
• Provide therapeutic services using secure virtual platforms, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
• Work collaboratively with clients to set achievable therapeutic goals and monitor progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.
• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans in accordance with legal and ethical guidelines.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate and engage with clients via virtual platforms, establishing a strong therapeutic alliance remotely.

• Professional experience in a remote therapy setting or outpatient mental health practice.

• The position offers a competitive salary range between USD 80,000 and 104,000 annually, commensurate with caseload and experience.
