Job description

OVERVIEW: The Substitute Support Specialist provides operational and administrative support to the Operations team in assigned school districts.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Direct and control the fulfillment of substitute teacher and paraprofessional assignments within assigned school districts.
  • Serve as a liaison between school district administration and ESS staff, delivering excellent customer service and timely responses to emails, calls, and in-person inquiries.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records.
  • Regular attendance in-office is required.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager.


QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong organizational skills
